RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new* and in the original packaging. Online returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from chromeindustries.com. If you purchased your item from our HUBs or one of Chrome's retail partners please contact them directly to arrange for an exchange or refund.

Gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser or be issued gift credit. Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser.

Chrome is unable to refund postage on expedited or international shipping. Any return delivery disputes must be accompanied by proof of delivery. Chrome is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

If you are unhappy with the fit, cut, color or style of your product you can exchange it within 30 days of ordering for any item of equal or lesser value. Provided the item is as new*, Chrome will exchange your purchase with a product of your choice (equal or lesser value). Chrome does not store billing information; if the item you wish to exchange for is of greater value, please return it for a full refund and place a new order for the more expensive item.

An approved RMA number must accompany your exchange. We cannot process international exchanges.

When Chrome receives your return, we will aim to process it within seven 10-12 business days or less. Exchanges may take up to 2-3 weeks, depending on your location.

For international returns: Chrome will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items. All packages must be marked, “Goods Returned Under Warranty.”
