Best. Bag. Ever.
I have owned a Chrome Citizen for about ten years - longer than I've been bike commuting. And once I did, I'd been using a small pannier. However, my work recently moved to new premises and someone drew the short straw for taking the post to the postbox at the end of the day. I didn't want to have two panniers on my bike, and the Citizen was - to be honest - not big enough for some of the items we send out. So after a lot of umming I splurged and bought a Metropolis. At first it seemed insanely huge, but I got used to it pretty quickly and now I really don't know what I'd do without it. I can carry my usual load (change of clothes, tools, lock, etc) plus shopping. I can take the post to the box (document folders in No 6 jiffy bags, for those who know or care). I don't need to worry about "will it fit?".
The bag itself is standard Chrome workmanship, or so it seems - tough as nails. My only comment, and I did ask Chrome on this, was that the strap has changed from my (very) old Citizen, and seems thinner and a lot more flexible. It's still strong enough, though, and I haven't so far ever worried about the bag breaking.
I've been using the Metropolis now for about a year, and I've got to say it's the best bag ever (that I've used...!)
